Our Curated Wellness Experiences & Retreats in France by Luxe Provence and French Promise
SECURING YOUR PLACE
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your place in an intimate and carefully curated retreat experience.
The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 90 days of the retreat start date, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Failure to settle the balance by the due date may result in release of your place without refund.
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
In keeping with the bespoke nature of this retreat, all bookings are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accommodate cancellations under any circumstances.
Should you be unable to attend, a replacement guest from our official waitlist may be considered, subject to approval by the retreat organizers.
• All substitution requests must be made in writing
• Approval is at our sole discretion and cannot be guaranteed
• Any administrative costs or price differences remain the responsibility of the original guest
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All guests are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance from the time of booking. This is an essential condition of participation.
Your policy should include coverage for, at minimum:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical care and emergency evacuation
Travel delays, baggage loss, or personal belongings
Villa or property damage coverage brought on by guest accidents, or liability
The retreat organizers cannot accept responsibility for expenses or losses incurred due to insufficient or absent insurance. Proof of coverage may be requested prior to departure.
WELLNESS PARTICIPATION & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
This retreat is an invitation to rest, renewal, and self-connection. All wellness activities are optional and undertaken at your own discretion. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate and are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional if needed.
Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements must be disclosed prior to arrival to ensure a safe and considered experience.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
We shall not be held liable for changes, delays, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, public health measures, governmental restrictions, or travel disruptions. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions in full, and agree to honor the spirit and structure of this carefully crafted retreat.
