Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger is a luxury, haute perfumerie house located in Provence, just outside of Grasse. The Luxe Provence team visited this charming, family-run company in La Colle sur Loup. We quickly fell in love with their lines of perfumes starting with a wonderful fragrance sampling session where the oldest existing Orange Blossom tree symbolically still stands in the garden of its founders.
The charming Virginie and Antoine Roux created Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger in 1998. And since, they have remained faithful to the regional flowers which have moulded the landscapes of Provence, as well as, their destiny: Rose, Jasmin, Lavender, Fig, Lemon, Violet… and of course, the reigning fragrance of Grasse, the Bitter Orange Blossom.
Born amidst the fields of the Bitter Oranage and Centrifolia trees, the Roux family has been a pillar to the Grasse perfume industry for generations. Antoine’s grand-father was flower commissioner to the Grasse perfume factories and the two grew up with the comforting scents of Provence. Virginie and Antoine naturally maintained the family tradition of cultivating the legendary resouces of the region resulting in their lovely and authentic fragrance collections. These artisan and sustainable producers have created several gorgeous lines of wonderful quality products including the: Neroli Blanc and Les Inedit collections.
Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Marie Duchene and Jean-Claude Gigodot.
